How the project runs
Reqaz designs the room around the client’s equipment and cooling requirements, fabricates the structure and MEP systems, delivers the unit to site, and installs and commissions it in place. Because temperature and power continuity are critical for the equipment these rooms house, HVAC and electrical systems are engineered with the client’s redundancy requirements in mind, such as N+1 or 2N configurations.
Standards and approvals
Reqaz is a MOMRA-classified (Grade 2) general contractor, certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Fire suppression and detection systems are designed for Civil Defense approval as part of the project.
